It is good to know that there are still a few companies that operate with the attitude that the customer is very important and thus provide excellent customer service. Your crew was outstanding and they really exceeded my expectations with the great work they did on my 50+ live oak trees. I selected this lot to build our last home because of the many beautiful trees on this .62 acres of land which has a spectacular view in the front, left side of the house, and in the back yard.
Your work is beautifully showcased as people drive by and admire the trees now that they have been cleaned up and pruned.
I also received a great value because of the price quote I got from Clayton the owner who came out to give me a bid on Saturday. In fact, I called and received four bids on the trees and New Heights gave me the best price of the four. Like the Russian comedian use to say (What a country!) I got the best price, great customer service, and truly excellent work.

I was amazed that when I got home (about 3 minutes late), Eloi and team had already removed the dead tree, taken away some dead limbs from the bad storm, and were contemplating how to trim the oak. Eloi and I discussed options, and I think they did a great job caring for our 100-year-old triple trunk oak, just off our deck. This tree adds enormous value to our home and we want to protect it as much as possible.

Finally, I was amazed that when the crew left, my deck, yard and street were cleaner than when they came! You guys are amazing.
